(1) If a person loses or destroys the symbol of jewelery he has received, he can purchase it from the Ministry of Home Affairs or the place designated by the said Ministry.
(2) The design and date of jewelery can be purchased from the Ministry of Home Affairs or the place designated by the Ministry.
